Carabela AI SL does not advertise carabela.ai through unsolicited messages, and does not authorise or permit anyone else to do so. This policy sets out the scope of that commitment and how to report any breach of it.
1 Our commitment
We do not send, and do not commission anyone to send, unsolicited bulk commercial messages advertising carabela.ai. This prohibition admits no exceptions.
2 Scope
The prohibition applies to us, to our employees, to our partners, and to any third party acting on our behalf. We operate no affiliate or referral programme under which anyone is rewarded for promoting this website, and we pay no third party to promote it.
3 Mailing lists
We do not purchase, rent or exchange bulk mailing lists.
4 Our business outreach
Our business-to-business outreach is conducted exclusively from separate domains dedicated to that purpose. Those messages contain no links to, and no references to, carabela.ai. They always identify the sender, state the reason for the contact, and carry a one-click unsubscribe which is honoured immediately and permanently.
5 Email authentication
Mail from carabela.ai accounts is sent through Google Workspace, the only sender authorised by the domain's SPF record. Automated notifications from our platform are sent from the subdomain notifications.carabela.ai through our transactional email provider, and are DKIM-signed. The domain publishes an enforcing DMARC policy to prevent third parties from sending messages that impersonate it.
6 Reporting abuse
If you receive any unsolicited message advertising carabela.ai, please forward it with full headers to abuse@carabela.ai. We will investigate and act on it.
